Troubleshooting

I have an invite but cannot finish signup

• Confirm the link is complete (some messengers break long URLs).
• Try the browser you usually use; avoid duplicate tabs racing the same code.
• Codes are single-use. If someone already redeemed it, you need a new invite.
• Email verify: check spam; use resend only after the cooldown.

My feed is empty or boring

• Follow more rooms and a few people.
• Pull to refresh; new posts also appear when you open the app later.
• If you tapped "show fewer" aggressively, review Settings feed preferences and undo.

I cannot post or comment

• Finish email verification and onboarding (done).
• You may be rate-limited; wait and retry.
• A tripwire hold or timeout may apply; check notifications or email from the house.

Upload failed

• Check file type and size against what compose allows.
• Weak networks fail large HEIC bursts; try one image first.
• Sign out and back in if the session is stale.

Caddie will not answer

• Valuation and authenticity questions are refused on purpose.
• Rate limits return a wait time; that is real cost control.
• Thin topics defer honestly; try a more specific model year.

Marketplace is missing or locked

• The market may be in quiet beta (granted members only).
• Transacting needs Supporter + identity verification. Browsing trust artifacts may still work.
• Seller identity hidden below the gate is intentional.

I am blocked or someone vanished

• Block is mutual. Direct links can 404 by design.
• If you think it is a bug, report from a surface you can still open or contact support channels the house publishes.

Still stuck

If the product is broken (not just gated), ask in the General room if you can post, or use the report flow on the broken surface so staff see it. Include what you tapped and what you saw, not your password.
