Worth noting for the record: the My Girl name goes back further than this release. The maker's own archive page describes a 2002 My Girl built on a Newport head shape at 33" with a 350G head weight, a black Winn grip with pink striping, and a matching headcover with pink poodles, limited to 500 pieces worldwide. That earlier run and this 2016 Limited Release are not the same piece. The specs differ, the production numbers differ, and fourteen years separate them. Anyone shopping the line by name alone should confirm which release they're actually looking at before comparing rarity or price.

Against that history, the 2016 My Girl reads as a return to the name rather than a continuation of the 2002 specification.
