The Studio Stock #7 enters the record with a single release, dated to 2011. Putterzone.com describes it as a half-moon mallet putter with a semi-circle cutout in the flange, and traces its origin to a Bettinardi tour prototype, a lineage that fits the Studio Stock name's habit of pulling shapes that started life on tour into general release.

The line's own account of itself comes later, through a Studio B Reserve page for a Raw Carbon version of the putter. Bettinardi calls it "Always a fan-favorite" and confirms the shape's continuity, describing "its classic half-moon shape" as the defining feature carried forward. That page notes the Raw Carbon version is made from "Soft Carbon Steel, a softer material than the most recent production model," a line that on its own tells us there was a "most recent production model" against which this Reserve run was being measured, though the record here holds only the 2011 release itself.

Beyond the shape and its tour-prototype roots, the maker's page speaks mostly to this particular Reserve edition: the Micro Honeycomb face for added feedback, a double-bend shaft for face-balance suited to a minimal arc or straight-back-straight-through stroke, and the raw finish that "will rust over time" absent care. Those details belong to that specific run rather than to the Studio Stock #7 line as a whole, but the phrase "fan-favorite" is the maker's own word for how the shape has been received.
