The BB8 Flow returned in 2024 as part of Bettinardi's BB Series, priced at 450 USD. The maker's page frames it as a comeback piece, noting it's been "over a decade since its last appearance," and builds the case for the head as a classic blade brought forward with current milling work rather than a reinvention of the shape.

The record holds the finish as Black Pearl PVD and the milling as Perpetual Flymill Face Milling, both verified against Bettinardi's own site. The maker's page lists the face material as 303 Stainless Steel. Bettinardi describes the Flymill work as "enhanced by sonic precision," with the claim that it delivers "a consistent roll, ensuring that your putts start true and on target" and that "each stroke produces a distinctive tone, providing instant feedback to the player."

Within its own release, the BB8 Flow also appeared in a Violet Haze PVD finish through the Studio B Reserve line, offered alongside the Black Pearl version as part of the same BB Series rollout. Bettinardi's copy ties the shape's balance to its toe, made "10% larger than the heel" to offset the mass of the flow neck, a construction detail the maker uses to explain the head's roughly 3/4 toe hang.
