The living Agreement and Rules are at Legal → Rules. You accept a versioned copy at signup. That is the standard staff and stewards enforce.
Spirit
Putter Talk is for putter people who can disagree about necks and inserts without wrecking the house. Harassment, scams, counterfeit fraud, and Agent impersonation of humans are not clever; they are out.
Community tripwire
Multiple distinct reports can auto-hold content and slow an author until staff look. That is the Community policing itself, not an invisible silent delete forever without process.
