Ghost TM-110

The Ghost TM 110 line runs on two entries in our record, both built around the same Anser-style blade with a bright white finish. The 2013 TM 110 opened the line, and best-putter.com described it as a square-designed Anser with three aimlines on the back of the putter, finished in bright white. best-putter.com later noted a black finish appearing in 2015, which suggests the line's cosmetics shifted within its own run rather than waiting for a full model change.

The TM-Tour 110 followed as an edition within the same name, and orlandogolfblogger.com describes it as a blade-style putter carrying its own alignment scheme, three black alignment lines on top of the putter, along with a PURE ROLL titallium face insert and a weight system: four 3.3 gram steel weights installed at stock, with an optional kit of two 1.3 gram titanium weights and four 7-gram tungsten weights. That's a more tunable putter on paper than the original TM 110, at least as reported.

Reviewer opinion splits cleanly along that same line between the two releases. On the 2013 TM 110, the praise centers on looks and alignment, best-putter.com called it beautiful square-designed Anser with great aimlines, well worth a look, while the Community's complaints settle on feel, described elsewhere as disappointing, hard and clicky contact, with some noting the white paint flaking off on used copies. The TM-Tour 110 draws the opposite reaction on feel: it's praised for feeling soft, with pure roll technology performing well and launching the ball on the target line, and for not jumping off the face like other putters. Its critics turn instead to the aimlines, arguing they aren't exclusive to TaylorMade and aren't a real decision-making feature. orlandogolfblogger.com's own verdict on the Tour version was that it rivals many of the custom milled more expensive brands on the market today.

Across its two releases, the Ghost TM 110 line reads as an Anser-shaped identity that TaylorMade kept reworking underneath: same silhouette and alignment concept carried from the standard 110 into the Tour 110, with the insert, weighting, and feel doing the work of separating one release from the other.
