Holiday Collection

The Holiday Collection is Scotty Cameron's yearly gift to Club Cameron members, a run of small, dressed-up putters released each December and gone almost as fast. The line runs at least four editions, from 2004 through 2007, and the pattern across those years is consistent: a limited head count, a headcover built around that year's holiday theme, and a base putter reworked with a finish and grip nobody else was getting that season.

2004 opened the line on the Napa head style, described on the maker's own page as "a customized version of the very popular, but hard to come by, Napa head style." Cameron finished the head in Black Pearl, matched the shaft to it, and dressed the setup with a Black Baby T grip and a red headcover carrying Dancing Elves and Scotty's Playshop embroidery. The maker's page states only 500 pieces were produced worldwide, and the specs on record show a 35 inch length at 4° loft and 71° lie.

By 2005 the line had shifted its base to the Del Mar 3.5, a head that would carry through 2006 as well, both years built from 350g precision-milled soft carbon steel, finished with a Burgandy Leather Wrap grip, and set at 34 inches, 4° loft, 71° lie. The maker's page for 2005 describes a blue headcover with "white snowflakes, Seasons Greetings, and the famous Scotty dog in his holiday best," released that December. The maker's page lists 500 pieces made for both the 2005 and 2006 runs, keeping the Del Mar 3.5 years matched in scale as well as spec.

2007 broke from the blade-style Del Mar setup entirely. The maker's own description calls it "a hand-crafted b-back mallet in a timeless oil can finish," paired with a red threaded leather stitchback grip and a black headcover embroidered with gold snowflakes. The recorded length, loft, and lie for 2007 match the two years before it at 34 inches, 4°, and 71°, but the head style itself moved to a mallet, marking the clearest departure the line makes across the four years on record.
