Super Select GOLO 6.5

The Super Select GOLO 6.5 is a mid-mallet built on multi-material construction, pairing a 303 stainless steel head with a 6061 aircraft grade aluminum sole plate, per the maker's page. It carries a refined I-beam jet neck with mid-high toe flow and a 3/4 shaft offset, and comes standard at 3.5 degrees of loft and 70 degrees of lie, fitted with a Pistolero Plus grip.

Stock lengths run 33, 34, and 35 inches, and the maker's page notes weighting scaled to length: 2 x 20 grams at 33 inches, 2 x 15 grams at 34 inches, and 2 x 10 grams at 35 inches. Left-handed players are covered at the same three lengths per the maker's page. Custom Shop personalization is available on this release, with half-inch length adjustments confirmed, and the maker's page lists further fitting range of -1 to +1 degree of loft and -2 to +2 degrees of lie for those who go through Custom Shop.

Within the GOLO 6.5 line, the Super Select edition is defined by that multi-material head and the jet neck geometry rather than any documented departure in shape or milling from other 6.5 releases, at least on what the record holds here.
