The Record

Written from the sources it cites · machine-drafted for the Community to correct

The 2-Ball Ten Tour Lined takes the standard 2-Ball Ten head and adds one thing to it: a black line running down the center of the two white circles on top of the putter, according to golfexchange.com. Fairwayjockey.com describes the same feature as a black line down the center of the two white circles on top of the club, and frames its purpose plainly, that it ensures a clear alignment aid. Golfalot.com, comparing the two versions directly, put it simply: this is the same putter as the 2-Ball Ten, apart from the black line which runs through the white circles.

Beyond the added line, the Tour Lined shares its construction with the rest of the Ten line as reported by golfexchange.com: a double bend face-balanced mallet head, a White Hot insert, and a red Stroke Lab shaft. None of these specs are Odyssey's own published word on this particular release, but they track with the maker's broader description of the Ten lineup as "the best 2-Ball that we’ve ever made, with a profile that allows you to frame the ball at address like never before."

Opinion on the Tour Lined splits along a predictable line. One view holds it's great for golfers who use a line on their golf ball, since the design effectively extends that line all the way across the putter face. Golfalot.com's reviewer disagreed with the premise that combining the two alignment systems, ball line and putter line, adds up to something better than either the 2-Ball Ten or the lined treatment offers on its own, writing that the two putters don't combine to be better than the originals they are born out of, in my opinion. Where a golfer lands likely depends on whether they already play a lined ball or prefer to let the 2-Ball's discs do the work alone.

What people praise
great for golfers who use a line on their golf ball as it will effectively extend the line all the way across
As much as the 2-Ball Ten and 2-Ball Ten Tour Lined are both great putters in their own right, the two putters don’t combine to be better than the originals they are born out of in my opinion.
