The Record

Written from the sources it cites · machine-drafted for the Community to correct

The Series 1957 line holds a single release on our record, the KM-350 of 2009, a toe-weighted offset putter carrying Katsuhiro Miura's name into a category the maker had not previously worked in. thehackersparadise.com described it as sharing the same forging process as the Miura irons, finished in a classic oiled-chrome finish with what the outlet called a beautifully milled face, a traditional design familiar to most golfers rather than a departure from convention.

That single entry is not without its friction. thehackersparadise.com's review of the KM-350 was mixed, and the two complaints sit oddly together: the head seemed too small to the reviewer's eye, while the price came in higher than expected. Whether those two observations reflect the putter itself or the gap between a forged-iron maker's name and a golfer's expectations of what a putter should cost is left for the reader to decide, but the review is on record as split rather than settled.

With only the KM-350 carrying the Series 1957 name in our files, the line's arc is really a single point in 2009, Miura's own forging heritage applied to a putter head for the first time on our record, met by a review that liked what it saw in the milling and finish but questioned both scale and price.

head seems too small price higher than expected
While I don’t like a huge putter head, this one seems just too small. Could just be the pics but seems tiny. I was surprised when I got to the price of this putter. I was expecting something much lower.
