The Kyoei Blade holds three variants on record, each built around the same slant neck blade with a flow neck. Torque Golf's shop copy describes the shape consistently across all three as a traditional blade design, which suggests the line's identity rests on that one silhouette carried through different finishes and face materials rather than a shifting head design.

Where the three releases diverge is in metal and surface. The Black DLC edition is reported by Torque Golf as running a Forged Carbon S20C face under a finish stack described as chrome-plated with DLC applied on top, a Japanese DLC process. The Matte Silver edition, by the same source, moves to a SUS303 soft stainless steel face left in bead blast with no plating or coating at all, a plainer, rawer presentation next to the DLC version. The Satin Chrome release is described as offering the finish choice itself, with the shop copy noting two finishes, black and matte silver, and crediting the feel of the soft forged steel and DLC plating with what it calls addictive feedback.

Torque Golf's listings give both the Black DLC and Matte Silver heads the same reported 350 g head weight and 70 degree lie, so on the numbers the shop's copy holds those two builds level with each other, with the difference between them sitting in face material and finish rather than mass or geometry. All of this comes from one retailer's shop page rather than from Kyoei directly, so it should be read as Torque Golf's reporting on the line, not as the maker's own word on it.
