Z5s

The Z5s is Evnroll's full-size mallet in the Zero line, built as a winged shape with a connected back alignment bar. Golftipsmag.com describes it simply as a full-size mallet, which lines up with how the maker frames the head shape on its own product pages.

Two versions of the maker's page sit in the record here, and they differ on one point worth flagging: the custom Z5s page describes a patented reverse offset hosel, while the standard Z5s page describes the same feature as patent-pending. Both pages otherwise agree on the build, a 100% milled 303 stainless steel head with Face-Forward Technology, and both credit the reverse offset hosel with aiming the shaft at the head's center of mass to reduce torque. The maker's pages also describe the face grooves, closely spaced variable width channels, as the mechanism that keeps mis-hit putts rolling at the same distance as center strikes, a claim tied to Evnroll's SweetFace technology across the line.
