The 2021 Midlock arrived as Evnroll's take on the armlock putter, built around a grip that the maker's own page describes as allowing for "an effortless one-piece putting stroke with no moving parts." That grip carries a deepest pistol dimension allowed by the USGA, a .580 inch inner core diameter, and an MSRP of $40.00 as an armlock putter grip, per evnroll.com. The maker's page is explicit that the grip should be used only as a replacement grip for a Midlock Putter, and notes that on the longer Midlock XL, at 17 inches, extra layers of grip tape may be needed where the shaft narrows below the grip hole.

Golfmagic's reporting fills in more of the picture, describing the Midlock as a new full putter concept that offers a streamlined, simplified version of the armlock method, with a wide top section said to engage the forearm to eliminate wrist movement for a one piece shoulder swing. That outlet also reported a 4 degree loft, CNC milling in Carlsbad, California, a length roughly 6 inches longer than a conventional setup (with a 34 inch conventional putter said to translate to a 40 inch Midlock), and a design that pushes shaft lean back by about five degrees via the sideways grip position, a point the maker's page corroborates in its own language about reducing shaft lean "similar to a simple forward press." Golfmagic priced it at 399 GBP and reported availability in March, and referenced Guerin Rife's patented Sweet Face Technology and a long slant neck hosel, figures that sit at the editorial tier rather than confirmed by Evnroll directly.

Golfmagic's same coverage places the Midlock alongside Evnroll's four distinctive models it names, the ER2 blade, the ER5 and ER8 mallets, and the ER11 MOI mallet, positioning the Midlock less as a replacement for that lineup and more as a separate armlock-specific concept sitting next to it.
