BBZero Tour DASS

The BBZero Tour DASS was milled exclusively for The Hive, Bettinardi's members-only release channel, which puts it outside the standard retail run from the start. The record holds it in stainless steel with a high polish finish, Super Fly-Mill milling carried across face, neck, and bumpers, and a purple and white paint scheme. It ships with a white perforated leather Gripmaster grip and the new 'Motion' Stinger Bee Tour headcover, and it carries a Tour Dept. pocket. The sole is engraved with Bettinardi repeated alongside a single Hex B, left unpainted so the milling shows against the rest of the finish.

Bettinardi's own product page calls this naked BBZero Tour DASS masterfully designed and certain to turn some heads, and the Community response on record echoes that, with praise for the eye-catching design landing in the same register as the maker's copy. There's no daylight between the two sources here, for whatever that's worth to a buyer weighing a Hive-exclusive against the wider BBZero line.

Set against the rest of the BBZero family, this release leans on restraint rather than ornament. It has none of the hand-painted flame work or plugged bumpers that show up elsewhere in Bettinardi's Hive output. What it has instead is the DASS build, the naked stainless face, and the exclusivity of a limited channel, which is a different kind of statement than a one-off paint job. Where it sits against other BBZero Tour releases is a matter of taste between a bare-metal Tour build and the more decorated variants the Hive has also carried.
