It looks as thought the photo you posted is a custom putter so I perhaps they are not available to the public.

This is all news to me, so is Kia Ma the Taylor Made equivalent of Ping's WRX department?

Kia Ma is TM's putter guru.  He mills putters for the Tour players.  The Daytona in the pictures above is an early milled prototype.  BSG is now offering a custom Tour Rossa program.

I am not sure if this is it but TM is coming out with a milled face putter, no more inserts
