80's Music & YouTube
« on: March 30, 2007, 09:11:25 PM »
Anyone else dig into youtube to find Live- Old Live Broadcast- or Foreign Vids?

Some of the bootlegs are incredible- Iv'e been digging through this crap all winter lol

Just various Samples here- Two VH Vids- One a bootleg- One a film. A GnR Broadcast from MTV in 1988 and a Old Smiths clip from the UK.

Look for a band you like and just type " live" after it.   Plenty of bootlegs there.

Doug, I have that entire concert on VHS.  I set up my parents VCR to tape it. I was headed back to college the night it was on and was going to miss it- I believe it was Live when MTV broadcast it.
I think it's only been replayed maybe 1 time on TV.
The first part of the song is cut off.Axl just stands up there and asks " what do you want us to play?".
Funniest part is when Slash asks someone for a lighter and gets pelted by 100 of em from the audience lol
