You mean aside from the open stance and funky stroke? I would want to know how many attempts were made also  ;)

I assume he’s trying to show putting “English” on the ball? Big open face cut stroke started the ball right and moved it left?

Did the ball go right to left (draw) when it should have gone left to right (cut)?

Over the past few months we have seen a number of videos with dramatic strokes out to in and in to out that show the ball curving in the opposite direction that you would assume.

I think my head is going to explode. What you see are artificial greens that over time have developed a track to the hole, so if the ball starts on a line to the left or right edge of the hole it will break back as the turf has worn done between the edges of the hole. This happens pretty quickly with felt based greens.

Michael Breed, on his latest Facebook live session answered a question about spin off the putter, Yes you could spin and not the way you would assume. Good Heavens! Titleist pays this guy.

In this video if the ball is influenced by spin, then why is it rolling end over end. And if it is rolling end over end then the only influence on where it rolls is determined by outside agencies with one exception. THE BALL HAS A HEAVY SIDE. Other wise it is just a function of friction, gravity and surface tilt.

This is what happens when you have instructors that get all their data from marketing materials.

Bruce, you reminded me of a story about a legendary golf gambler, Titanic Thompson perhaps, who would go out to a green the night before a big bet and lay a filled water hose on a line to the hole. Next day, his putt would magically find a line to the hole!  :D
