The one I have is doing quite well. I can see no wear as of yet and I have been using the putter for most of this entire year and about 1/2 the rounds I play.

You can always pul the shaft when you get it and put in another. Take care of the head and then replace the shaft when you decide to get a DH89 gamer stamped up the way you want.

I've been looking at one of those as well for my gamer this spring.  The head shape is fantastic!  This is definitely the putter that brought my attention the the Morgan line!

Sadly, the prototype putter, and my “#1/X” set were all stolen in Atlanta last summer. Gone forever. 😢

Beautiful putters and a great limited set. I prefer the 365 gram head. I am still going to get a 612 some day when I have time to design one. Great job, Byron! :)

Just saying...

I was thinking the same thing myself.
I've been wanting to order a DH89 with my own options for a long time.  I had one that I bought used a few years ago and liked it a lot, but it was just a bit too heavy for my taste (360g) so I let it go.
My 612 needs a DH89 sister to compete with for bag time.  ;)
