Custom milled DD201- WBX
Oil can finish
Custom Welded flowneck for a specific toe hang & rotation.
It will be rolling some birdie putts in on the hallowed greens of Royal Melbourne.

Yeah, really nice head there Kari,

Can you give us mere mortals the weight mate?

Also the arc and toe-hang?

Is the shaft offset 2/3rd's?

Yes, really liking the raw heel end for the face stamping as well, has the oil can finished changed a bit recently? Seem to be getting darker and darker to that deep colouring now, looks great.

The head weight is 355g- with a couple of weight ports milled out of the sole and the toe hang is 3.30-4.00
It's 1/2 shaft offset- I think the pics makes it look a bit more.

The oil can finish has always varied with the slightly different grades of carbon steel that I use. This one is not as dark in the flesh.

Is the shape of this wide body DD201 the same as the other DD201-WB's that have been posted?  The topline looks a little thinner and/or the bumpers seem a little wider?

Guys - Kari built a widebody with a flow neck for a competitive client of mine. Probably our most successful fit so far. A full stroke gained statistically and 2 AJGA wins. Slowed Profile 5 for those familiar with the system.

The WBX is an extra wide DD201, the bumpers are 2mm wider than the WB. This one has a thinner topline due
to the preferred weight of 355g, this putter was designed for a double bend shaft, so with a small flow neck,
I had to reduce the top line and mill sole pockets to get the weight spot on.

It was made for a new trainee they have at RM- his name is Shawn, not sure if he had started when you where there Bruce.

Always enjoy a back story - thanks for sharing Bruce and Kari.

This putter would suit where (I think) my specs are at now.  Really like the aesthetics and how it would suit my eye on lining up a putt.
