Putting practice on a yoga mat
« on: January 17, 2017, 01:49:40 PM »
Recently had new carpet installed in my rec room.  The old low pile carpet was a reasonable practice putting surface.  The new carpet is useless for practice.  Found a yoga mat in my garage, rolled it out on the new carpet and it works perfect as a practice surface.  Give it a try it.  It is a thin mat about 1/8 in thick by 6 ft long.
I think my wife paid about 10 bucks at walmart.
