Wow.  I didn't even know about it.  I'd be intrigued enough to swing it in store.  It'd want to perform b/c it's dog ugly.

I agree; the performance would have to be great. Maybe all one color would look better.

Red and black...Nike....hinting at a big name.  Having a harder time getting my head around the idea of a high tech bullseye putter.

It's found in the new Golf Digest equipment issue too and will be released this year.

I've already seen it described as "iconic".  This putter has already become a cliche and nobody has seen it yet.

Well - tested it out this past week in Orlando.  Can't really say I was impressed.  Might be a fun "intiidator" putter for putt putt, but that's about it.  You have to practically man-handle it to make it sit still and square because the weight bar sits up off the ground.  It feels pretty much like a putt-putt putter.

I also tried it at the PGA Show.  Good luck getting this putter to sit square at address.

This is the best quote I have read around here in a long time.  As for that putter: Butt ugly.  Looks like a hacked up version of something scotty produced: futura???? That did not really set the market on fire.  Unless Tiger wins the Masters with this, I don't think it will do much.

The idea is cool but I don't see myself using it.  I would play the drone though.

Rolled one in a store. Just to put a disclaimer out, I have a very traditionalist approach to putters so this thing looks rediculous even beside other rediculous putters.  That being said, it had a very distinct sound to it.  It was similar to the sound of throwing a pancake against a wall....."FLOP!".  haha  Most of the method putters are actually very nice on the eyes though, this one.......not so much.
Now that I am out of the golf industry, I can enjoy playing the game.
