Am I seeing things or do Thaddy's and David's DH89s have more of a rolled top line?  They don't look flat to me like a regular DH89.

It's a great putter.  The color is just amazing - it picks up different hues in different light conditions.  It definitely looks a little darker than the photos above.  It has a slightly different feel than my SS 006 (softer but with a nice click at impact).  I love it.

OK, I confess to having "a thing" for the DH89.  Here they are:  DH89 Anniversary set #7 -- solid copper, stainless and carbon black ox.  And, in the last 2 pics: Damascus, double torched stainless, and double torched German stainless.

Love them, Byron!  Thanks.

Enjoy the pics.

Looks like some of these have had the topline rounded rather than flat (Thaddy's, Pure745's, and both of Dave's customs).  Is this correct or are my eyes playing tricks on me?

thanks

No tricks, just a little customization to make a putters more pleasing to the eyes of their holders.  I'm not sure if I was the first to request this to be done a putter, but it has been quite a popular request, particularly as the pipe necks (long and short) have taken off.
