Can't help with a detailed ID, but that is one very nice looking putter.  I'm not exactly sure what 37 pounds translates to in dollars, but it has to make it a very strong candidate for "best putter for $50 or less," the topic of a thread that was running a while back.
When it comes to putters, I suffer from an embarrassment of riches.

Great find. I believe that the putter is called a FBX - BC (for bottom cavity). I have the identical putter. There is a video on YouTube that talks about that putter in some detail.

I owned one of those a few years ago.  I really can't say why I sold it!  ;(
