Here's a picture of the 006 Surf City to remind you of what the neck looks like.

What offset is on the short pipe round neck?

Generally these are a full-shaft offset, but we'll go with the group consensus for the tester.

I'd like a pipe neck, long or short, with a slant.  I voted long slant, but would be happy with a short slant too.  Prefer full offset, weight below 350.

The round necks do look incredible. Seeing several pipe necks in person for the first time at the mixer converted me to a pipe lover.
It's one of those many things about putters that really looks better in person. The flow from the neck to the body must be appreciated in person... but I do love my single twist ;)

Good decision.  I stopped by Mather earlier this week.  I liked it.  I need to get out there sometime this summer and play the course.

Please add me to this list. I game a Mills One at the moment and am very familiar with this design concept overall. Would love to contrast this beauty to others in my collection! Anything other than a plumbers neck, and not face balanced. Thx.

David - are you going to figure out which neck is going to be on the tester and then have people request to be in the panel?  Just figured it may make a difference to some.

Looks to me like we might have 3 test panels for the Bombora - long pipe, short pipe, and single-twist Rincon.

The poll closes tomorrow night.  After that I'll set up threads for each Bombora test putter version to get firm commitments.  I also need to decide what the costs and terms of the 2010 program are going to be.  They will be different than 2009 - smaller groups for starters.

I hope that everyone is excited for the 2010 version of the program.  I know that I am!  ;D
