Which Rossa - Del Mar style head with a plumber's neck?
« on: January 23, 2007, 05:22:51 PM »
I need any help, if you please.

There was a Rossa that had the "Del Mar" style head with a plumber's neck.  To my eye, it looked as if the flange swooped out wider towards the toe (maybe helping with the swinging gate style stroke).

I looked at the PGA Value Guide site to see if I could discern the exact model.  I'm just not confident with my choice.

(Side note: Byron has been very kind in quoting a custom job of this style --- here's hoping I can pull the trigger no later than this summer).

It was one of the Maranello models, but not sure which one.  Do a search on eBay and one should pop up.

Actually the only plumber neck Maranello I could find was this one:

I was definitely mistaken about the 8-01
