If your ever in this neck of the woods, please feel free to send me a line and I will be more than happy to let you know what might be a good course to play around here.

And if you play the Moreno Valley Ranch Golf Club and play the Mountain 9, when you come up on the #3 tee box, look to the your left and look for the house with the two rocking chairs on the deck and wave, that would be my house!

That is a great course IMO.  I haven't played it in more than 10 years, but I used to live in Loma Linda and we played there quite a bit.  I might have hit your house in the mid nineties...  Hopefully you didn't live there then :P (kidding, I think)

I have played Oak Valley Golf Club a few times, last being about 10 years ago.  I liked this course and thought the conditioning was excellent when I played it.  I would recommend the track as long as the course is like it was then.

I really liked Oak Valley.  They used to have some portions of Q school there.  Oak Quarry was another good course.

I also liked the 2 SCPGA courses in Beaumont, but Oak Valley was the best IMO.

Have not played Oak Valley even tho it is about 30 minutes away,,,,,,,, loved Oak Quarry, the par 3 where you hit down in the pit, has to be one of the most visually intimidating shots around here.

If any of you remember Quail Valley, it has closed as of about a month ago.
