Acanthus engraved 28g with Silver and gold inlay
« on: May 03, 2012, 04:58:05 AM »
This putter was the first where we have used an acanthus style hand engraving. It was featured a hand made silver ferrule, silver bullet and gold inlay in the initials.

Superlatives just don`t work here. Amazing stuff.

Would it be possible to use Tudor roses instead of Acanthus?

You could most certainly do tudor roses instead, yes.

Venno, the hand engraving on this one was around 20-30 hours.

Sweet Jesus.

I am not a fan of "wallhangers", but I don't know if I'd putt with that.

Who needs paintfill when you can have gold inlay?  Nice work as always.  I love the integration coming from the other side of the pond.  You are combining all the best from the old school people who work with their hands.  Sadly, these are a dying trend of careers, but I am glad to see their talents being used in a new line of work.
