Robert, you may have been kidding..............but I LIKE IT!!!!!!!!  Without totally stepping on toes, it lets guys know where the history of this design came from.  I LOVE the old school hot rod era art and you'll be seeing more of it in my section, in the coming weeks.
BTW, your order went out, yesterday.  Rattler-Fink headcover heading for Guam.

I have seen that cut on some older T.P. Mills putters, and maybe on a Machine or two over the years.  It's not a stripe or paint element, it's an actual milled cut into the top-line.  T.P. did it on a 45 degree angle, but on this putter Byron did it as a "notch", which I think is awesome.  Then the paint-fill goes in the notch...

If I can get a close-up picture of it, I will attach to this post.  I thought the idea was cool and asked Byron if he could do it.  With this post I'm really just trying to get some of the history and naming myself....

Thanks for the info. With that cut I can order darker heads which I like. I zoomed the screen up and saw the cut; very nice! Byron is amazing.

That 'giffs' cut is really cool. Where did you find that? Just curious since I have never seen one before.
