The latest are the Sally Perspectuve Blue Editions. They come in white and black leather and blue polyester. There are also two new designs currently being produced -- the Tuna Milled cover and the special edition 2011 Mixer cover for the June event (It's called The Stacks)

Thanks Ryan.  I assume these are they?

I'm trying not to flood the forum with Byron questions, but I'm getting stoked about picking one up.  Can the covers be ordered separately?  If I get a putter, I'm going to want all three  :)

Seems that You, Dave, Steve and Byron are the team there.

Jeremy

Definitely like the looks of those covers!

Are there any of the Sally covers left for outright purchase?
My game is the only thing holding me back from making it to the Tour.

Byron has discontinued allowing outright purchase of putter covers.  He only keeps stock on hand for putter orders.  You may be able to get one from either Z-Man (Steve) or me.  PM us with what you are looking for.

I was asked about the differences between the original tuna milled covers and version 2.  The color scheme is different.  V2 is on the right below.

Sorry, I don't.  I happen to have a couple of the new version sitting on putters.  Might be able to work a trade though if you've got a Byron cover to trade...

I think it would look even better in lime green or orange as the primary color of the headcover! Alright...I'll settle for white!

Seriously.  Can we get a new Byron cover?

With all of the stainless, glass blast, and deep milled Byron's flying off of the milling maching, we are really picking up steam.

You can't click on golfwrx without seeing thread upon thread about Byron.

Let's have Ryan whip up a new design or two and have AM&E make up a few hundred.

How about it.

Definitely not cool to advertise your headcover business by posting in another manufacturer's area.

Had a look at your website.  Are all of the products licensed by those OEM's?

The sunrise with Sally as the main image and two palm trees? That is called Sally with Palm trees. The other Sally cover had the logo tilted at a wide perspective with some burst lines. It's called Sally Perspective.

Yes, correct. The Sally Perspective is the official-ist name. The idea is the logo is skewed at a perspective... But Byron Burst sounds cool too. The Palms was released at the same time. Same Sally, but with two Palm trees in the background.

What was the final material that the robin egg cover was done in? I was at the shop on Thursday and saw it, but it's not leather. At least not like the two white coyote covers. It had a towel like feel to it.

?

All of the original Coyote HCs are the standard AM&E "leather". The Robbin egg version is a new color that has some very subtle texture, but it feels the same. Maybe Byron ordered some new stock in suede?

I see where you might think that but that logo is already on other headcovers.  I'd love one with that logo all over (like some of the older "dancing" covers SC has done.  Or one big one if that wouldn't work.

 :)

Byron usually releases new headcovers when past editions have come close to selling out.  His headcovers are meant to cover the head of new putters.  Not necessarily for those of us who collect or buy the newest/latest greatest headcover.

The sex wax logo has been kicked around, and when someone like Joel references the fact that it's been kicked around and is probably not doable, then it's probably not doable.  Unless of course, money is no object, then you would only have to round up the folks that would be willing to pony up to cover the costs of a higher thread count cover.

Sorry for the negativity.  Hopefully my comments are not out of line.

However, the guy who would be responsible for that cover is probably working on my, or yours or someone else's putter at this time.

Unless of course Jimmy is going to step to the plate.  I believe he's already said that something is in the works.

                                  Dan

Just checked Jimmy's last post and that said Putter inventory.  My bad.

Dan-
Thanks for the post. Right now Byron is taking care of his wife. Last time we talked she was having some health issues. So if anyone has tried contacting Byron and not heard back from him this is the reason why.

I'm more then happy to try and help make the sex wax cover but it's really up to Byron to decide.

As far as the headcovers go. I will have the following covers available about the second week of February.

Sally Burst white
Sally Burst Black
tuna milled with lime fur
big wave black
big wave white
coyote black
coyote white v1
coyote white v2
coyote tiffany
coyote blue nylon
