The shaping by Byron to suit the customer's wishes makes each putter he works on a masterpiece.  Lovin' that stealthy black finish with white paint fill - very Bond, would make Ian Fleming swoon.

Amazing work and a beautiful putter! Unfortunately my old eyes do not like dark heads. I aim off the face and some times shadows throw me off. So normally I use the tour blast or a lighter finish but still love the black. I like the softened lines on this putter. Actually I like rolled top line, no so industrial looking JMHO.

Pure's old DH89?

I'd say yes - I owned it at one point too in the old finish.
