2010 Hand Made Models- need suggestions
« on: October 27, 2010, 02:34:07 AM »
Well its about that time of year when I start thinking about what this year's hand made group will look like.
I'll make about 25 or so, from a base head design and then do some different necks, sight lines, and anything else I can think of to make a varity of putters. Probably going to use stainless again this year too.

So.....if anyone has a favorite or a suggestion I am all ears. No obligation to buy one of course, just curious what someone might like to see in a small run group.

(Ari, if you read this I haven't forgotton you or your putter. I have it made and stamped but need to fix the neck where I got a little over aggressive polishing. I will get it done for you though not to worry.)

Thanks for checking in, Clay!

Seems to me that the high-toe, 3-step flanged blade putters (with or without a pocket) are very popular right now.  Just an observation.

I'm with Ari.  A three step, high toe would be great, especially with flow neck and minimal offset.

Go old school and do an 8802, always a classic.
