That finish reminds me of the old Ping Ansers with patina setting in.  Love it!!!!  Maybe the finish on my next putter ......

It won't darken like a copper plating would, but in my experience, torched stainless putters can have some browning or dark spotting appear with use. Not always though, I've used some torched putters for years without much of any finish change.

 :)

     Great looking putter!

FYI, for those that are looking at this putter and loving it.

Byron can also polish the face ,sole and/or bumpers to give you a really custom look.

Look at the putter on his home page.  Is it possible that anything is possible? It may be.

Good call Dan, love the polished sole/bumper look especially.

I have sensed for some time that Mr Morgan offers more options in stainless as it ends up being a more reliable/durable finished product.

Love this finish!
Is the putter Stainless or Carbon?

How does this finish differ from Byron's Matte Bronze?

This was a stainless.. Plus it was a mistake on my part as he ordered  a new putter and I sent in the same order from last year.. So this one is for sale.. PM me for a price.. The new putter has also been finished
