Ping Putters / Re: Ping Scottsdale Anser with Tungsten Weights
« Last post by FrankenScotty on Today at 03:42:22 AM »
Thank you for the info,

I really think that this head could be close to 370g (without pulling it to check),

Had a bit of fun with her on course two weeks ago,

Unlike any other Ping putter that I have here, the weight seems almost unnatural through the stroke, when staring down onto an Anser,

Talking about JW, can anyone decipher this Lob Wedge engraving, the club has been in my bag for a good while?

It is black dot, but has been flattened to red dot, the loft, lie and bounce suit the sand at my course,

I have been assured that this club was built for a Tour player as well. Again, any info really appreciated, cheers Steve.
The Club House / My Top 40 Player of the Year Predictions!
« Last post by tonyj5 on January 15, 2018, 07:41:53 PM »
We are just about a week away from the beginning of the 2018 season.

With 34 tournaments on the schedule (including the UL International Crown), this year promises to to be one of the most exciting ever.

With the LPGA getting more and more talented each and every year, it is very difficult to narrow this down to just 40 players.

I am going strictly by where I think they will finish on the 2018 money list.

Thank you, MDS.  I think that a lot of guys are surprised at the size, when they arrive.  That much detail in a package that small is a "kick in the pants" sort of cool, IMHO.
Have a great 2018 and thanks again for the nod.

Kari Lajosi Putters / Re: DD201-WBX

Is the shape of this wide body DD201 the same as the other DD201-WB's that have been posted?  The topline looks a little thinner and/or the bumpers seem a little wider?

The WBX is an extra wide DD201, the bumpers are 2mm wider than the WB. This one has a thinner topline due
to the preferred weight of 355g, this putter was designed for a double bend shaft, so with a small flow neck,
I had to reduce the top line and mill sole pockets to get the weight spot on.

Damn! Anyone I know Kari?

It was made for a new trainee they have at RM- his name is Shawn, not sure if he had started when you where there Bruce.
