Thanks for the kind words.  I am pretty set on putters for now. :)

Thanks, here is a picture of the putter, very plain but that's OK. I cannot get a tracking number but they assure me it's shipped. I have been messing with other putters but just came to the realization I putt best with a Byron Morgan putter.  :)

Has anyone on here bent a plumbers neck successfully? On a machine. Not another putter. My shop guy doesn’t want to ruin the putter

Byron Morgan Putters / New 615
« Last post by bogie on September 17, 2018, 09:01:15 PM »
I had a thread about my first Byron Morgan putter which was an X-Proto and a great putter. I reluctantly sold it due to some loft lie adjustments I could not get fixed here. One of the courses recommended someone who could adjust the lie and loft. I had just picked up an old Newport which was way upright so I called him just after selling the X-Proto. The returned putter had marks on the face that required a re-finish. It was supposed to be adjusted to 70 but was 74.5 when returned and checked by a third party.   >:(
First, I am very happy I never found this guy for the X-Proto which he would have ruined. Anyway, the golf gods must be making this right because I just picked up a mint, plain, 615 (perfect specs for me) off the bay for an unbelievable price. So I had one putter almost ruined which I sold. Then another one I have been waiting for came my way. I've been drooling over a non-softened 615 which will be close to the X-Proto look minus the sound slot. I also wanted the wider top line just for a change since my 612 has a narrow one and softened. Today my wish came true.  :D

The Club House / LPGA Player Profile: Michelle Wie (Photos)

With the LPGA taking a two week break before resuming its schedule with the playing of the U.L. International Crown in South Korea, I want to take this opportunity to do another LPGA player profile.

The player I have chosen today is still one of the biggest names in golf today. That player is:

Michelle Wie
